This continuing education course will focus on
evaluation and examination of a post-concussion
patient and on treatment and care for the post-concussion patient.
It takes clinicians through basic concussion anatomy, physiology and long term effects, use of standardized tests for concussion, evaluation of cognitive function,
vestibular function and musculoskeletal screens. It
includes red flags for referral to MD. This course
dives into treatment of the post- concussion
patient and explores sport and PDC specific return
to play protocols
Target Audience: PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, PTAs

Course Completion Requirements: must attend the entire 2-day course and complete the post-course test
