All individuals in the position to influence the content of a program taught through the Institute of Clinical Excellence must disclose any financial or nonfinancial relationship(s) that may influence the outcome of the program. If an instructor, faculty or member of content planning refuses to disclose financial or nonfinancial relationship(s), he/she will be unable to participate in the planning and implementation of the program.
