Director of Clinical Excellence
Ashley Langford graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2010. After graduation, he completed extensive training through The Manual Therapy Institute and is a recognized Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy since 2013. Ashley has a love for manual therapy with a focus around manipulation, PNF and function. He is also dry needling certified through the Spinal Manipulation Institute and vestibular rehabilitation certified through American Institute of Balance. Most importantly he loves to teach and help others find their love in this amazing profession. Ashley lives in Beaufort, SC and loves to spend time with his wife and two boys on the water.

Alex Guanco PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT
Director of Clinical Education
Alexandra Guanco, PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT is a licensed physical therapist who has 9 years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting. She has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a subspecialty in fitness and wellness from the University of Florida. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2011. She is a certified manual physical therapist, a certified Kinesiotape provider, and is also certified in Graston Technique. She became board certified in orthopedics in 2017.

Michelle Turner, DPT, OCS, MTC, Cert. DN, AIB-VR, CKTP, GTC

Michelle has been working for CORA since 2008. She was born and raised in Palm Bay, Florida. She attended the University of Florida for her Bachelor’s in Health Science. She then attended the University of Central Florida for her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Michelle also graduated from the University of St. Augustine with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Michelle especially enjoys treating pediatric and orthopedic patients with a sports medicine focus. She is board certified in orthopedics and certified in manual therapy as well as vestibular rehabilitation and blood flow restriction. She is a certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner and is certified in Graston Technique. Michelle is the clinic manager at the Palm Bay location and is the Senior Clinic Manager for Brevard County. When not at work, she enjoys water activities, exercising, and spending time with her husband and 2 adorable kids.

Lucy Parisi Holsopple, DPT, OCS, CMP

With over 15 years of outpatient experience, Lucy currently serves as Senior Clinic Manager in Tampa overseeing 5 clinics. Lucy graduated from Northeastern University with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy, and later received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She as well has earned her OCS, becoming Board Certified in Orthopedics.
Specializing in Manual Therapy, Lucy is one of 5 Certified Mulligan Practitioners in the state of Florida. She as well is certified in Dry Needling, Graston Technique, ASTYM and Kinesiotaping. Lucy enjoys treating all orthopedic patients with a sports med and manual therapy focus. In her off time, Lucy enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, travelling, going to Disney, the beach, and on the soccer field.

Lindsey Jana PT, DPT, WCS
Lead Instructor
Lindsay attended Loyola University in Chicago as an undergraduate, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Psychology and Human Services. She then earned her Doctor of Physical degree from Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY. Lindsay tells her patients that movement is medicine. She particularly enjoys treating complex and chronic pain conditions using a hybrid approach of manual therapy, dry needling, functional training, and exercise. She also has a special interest in visceral mobilization and helping women during the prenatal and postpartum periods. Lindsay enjoys hiking, practicing yoga to stay strong and centered, road tripping around the country, and sharing experiences with the important people in her life.

Kayla Culleny PT, DPT, MTC, Cert. DN

Kayla is the clinic manager and physical therapist at CORA Physical Therapy -Islands located in Savannah, GA. She is an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist who received her doctorate from the University of St. Augustine in 2015 and attained her Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) through USA in 2017. Kayla is also Certified Dry Needling through AAMT (American Academy of Manipulative Therapy) and has attained the CORA Vestibular/Concussion Certification. Kayla has completed extensive training in spinal manipulation and clinical management of the fitness athlete, including pregnant and postpartum populations. Kayla leads a team of clinicians offering a variety of specialties including orthopedics, pelvic health, neuro rehab, and vestibular rehab. Her special interests include cervical and lumbopelvic pathologies with a manual therapy emphasis, however she enjoys treating anything from pelvic health to geriatrics. Kayla spends most of her free time with her husband, Luke and their two Australian Shepherds: Stella and Jersey. When she is not working, you will find her at Orangetheory Fitness classes, boating on the river or enjoying local food/drink of Savannah. Kayla believes heavily in the power of movement as medicine and is passionate about the role of physical therapy in global health, promoting wellness and performance in addition to rehabilitation.

Jeff Ladinsky PT, DPT, MTC, CCI
Lead Instructor
Jeff has been a Physical Therapist since 1992. He earned a Bachelor of Science in biology/chemistry from Stetson University, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine.
He has nearly 30 years of clinical experience in treating vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic deficits and is certified in the LSVT BIG program to treat Parkinson’s Disease and related movement disorders. Dr. Ladinsky is a Certified Vestibular and Manual Therapist. He is also a Certified Clinical Instructor, having the opportunity to instruct clinical skills to students on clinical rotations and as a lecturer/laboratory instructor in entry-level PT and PTA programs. He has developed several vestibular and clinical skills CEU courses that have been instructed throughout the United States through Summit Professional Education. He has also been a platform presenter at the APTA National Conference.

Kim Price PT
Lead Instructor
Kim has been working with CORA Physical Therapy since 1999. She was born and raised in Okeechobee, Florida. She attended the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Kim has her Pelvic Capstone Certification in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. She is also a certified Kinesiotaping and IASTM practitioner. In her free time, she enjoys running, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.

Bryan Anderson,
Lead Instructor
Bryan has been a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer since he earned a Bachelor of Science in Health/Athletic Training from the University of North Florida in 2004, and Masters of Kinesiology from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2006.
Bryan worked at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute in Jacksonville, FL from 2006 to 2015 working in outpatient rehabilitation, specializing in return to play for Athletics. He served as the Director of Sports Medicine at JOI from 2011 to 2015. During this time Bryan also served as the Head Athletic Trainer at Bishop Kenny High School, as a Liaison to the Jacksonville jaguars helping with players during camp, as well as providing rehabilitation to injured players in the rehab clinic. Bryan served as an Adjunct Professor in the University of North Florida’s Athletic Training Education Program from, 2011 to 2015, specializing in Clinical education and emergency management of athletic injuries.
Bryan moved to Tampa, FL in 2015 following getting married where he worked with the University of South Florida in the SMART program, providing athletic training coverage to Hillsborough High School from 2015 to 2016.
He began working at CORA in January 2017 as the West Central Florida Regional Sports Medicine Coordinator, relocating to Durham NC in 2018 to serve as the Sports Medicine Coordinator.

Christine Lewis DPT, OCS, CMPT

Christine Williams, DPT, OCS, CMPT is a Physical Therapist who joined the CORA team in 2015. She obtained her doctorate from Utica College in New York in 2013 and relocated to Florida in order to pursue her goals. Christine’s passion is in Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Christine obtained her Manual Therapy Certification in 2016 and she became board certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2017. Christine is a Senior Clinic Manager in South Florida where she splits her times between helping her patients recover and helping her team members grow. Christine is excited to have the opportunity to share her knowledge and help other clinicians throughout the company further develop their skills in order to continue to serve our community and help our patients reach their goals and return to function.

Brian Frost, PT, DPT, CMPT, CSCS, CKTP

Brian brings an array of experience to CORA Physical Therapy with 14 years of experience. He is a graduate of University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor in Health Science and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Brian helps to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and functional training with his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through NASM and prior personal trainer experience. Brian is a Senior Clinic Manager within the South Florida market. Brian combines manual therapy including joint mobilization, thrust manipulation, MET’s, muscle stretching and soft tissue techniques. He utilizes his advanced certifications that include Graston IASTM Certified provider, Kinesiotaping certified practitioner, Dry needling certification and Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 2 specialist to provide a diverse treatment plan to the entire patient community. Brian has been heavily involved in education within CORA over the last few years as a certified instructor in Crucial Conversations as well as assisting in several CLU Workshops and looks for every and any opportunity to pursue his passion in the education of others.

Kelly Jenkins PT, DPT

Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy as well as a transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy with an emphasis in Education both from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. She participated in a sports medicine fellowship working with the Oakland A’s and San Francisco Giants baseball teams during their spring training and rounded that experience out with the last month being at the Andrews Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI) in Birmingham, Alabama. Kelly has a great passion in helping people realize a pain-free potential to participate in every facet of their lives. She loves to analyze the biomechanics of movement to prevent tissue and joint breakdown while helping to rebuild a strong foundation. Kelly understands that there is no one approach for every patient and provides individualized treatment plans to meet individual needs. From her athletes to weekend warriors as well as injured workers or paining grandparents, she works hard to help each individual maximize their potential. Kelly has worked for 29 years in North Carolina where she has grown her family and business. She enjoys being an integral part of my community and helping to make a difference in people’s lives.

Kinsey Shouse DPT
Lead Instructor
Kinsey was born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri. She attended Drury University where she played 4 years of soccer and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. She went to Southwest Baptist University and graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2017. Her passion for sports has led her to attend several continuing education courses focused on treating athletes of all ages. She has a special interest in treating runners and has done various clinical studies and running assessments using the Dorsa Vi system. She also enjoys working with post-operative patients of any age and getting them back to what they love doing. In her spare time, you will find her playing sand volleyball, hanging out with friends and family, going hiking with her 2 dogs, and attending sporting events

Ashley Mcfadden PT

Ashley is a St. Charles native and graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from Maryville University in 2007. She has spent all of her careers in the outpatient setting with many leadership roles. Ashley has attended several manual therapy continuing education courses over the years, including the Manual Therapy Institute, Postural Restoration Institute, Mulligan Concept, and ASTYM. She enjoys treating patients of all ages. She has special interests in post-operative rehab, sports injuries, women’s health, and pediatrics. Ashley is very dedicated to each of her patients and enjoys setting goals and watching them get back to the activities that they enjoy the most. Her positive energy and enthusiasm make the recovery process easier. She has a strong passion for the physical therapy profession and is actively involved in the Missouri Physical Therapy Association Eastern District. In her free time, Ashley enjoys running and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Nancy Burns Ph.D.
Lead Instructor
Dr. Nancy Burns is the Regional Sports Medicine Coordinator (RSMC) for the Tampa Bay Area. Since graduating with her Ph.D. in Health Promotions from The University of Alabama in 2017, she has built curricula for seven different courses at two different universities and has prepared and led multiple trainings within CORA. Specifically, she is one of the instructors for the Vestibular & Concussion Certification, and she developed and taught the Performing Arts Medicine series.
In her current role as the RSMC, she works with her staff of certified athletic trainers, partners, and a wide array of wellness/safety providers to ensure community events and programs are properly thought through.
When not coordinating events, she has partners with WorkComp to create and lead 1-hours workshops on stretching and flexibility principles for the 80+ employees in the City of Clearwater (Florida) Public Utilities department. After becoming aware of an increase in worker’s compensation claims due to joint and muscle injuries from work-related activities, The program was a success and has been rolled out to multiple City of Clearwater locations, leading to safer working conditions and improved quality of life for attendees.

Matt Lorimer, MSc, PT
Lead Instructor
Matt was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland before immigrating to the United States around 7 years ago. He obtained his BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Strathclyde in 2011 and his MSc in physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in 2013. Matt has 10 years’ experience primarily in Sports and Orthopedic outpatient settings. He has undergone extensive training in Sports rehabilitation, athletic taping and is McKenzie certified. Matt specializes in soccer rehab and spent 3 years as academy physiotherapist for Rangers Football club in Glasgow, Scotland working with first team and youth professional athletes. Matt joined CORA PT as Clinic Manager of the Deerfield Beach clinic in Florida in 2021. Matt loves to travel and has been to over 20 countries and 17 states to date. When not working, he enjoys spending time at the beach, exercising, playing soccer or golf and spending time with his wife and 2 children!

Steven Churchill DPT, OCS

Steven Churchill DPT, OCS graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a DPT in 2013 and has enjoyed practicing in outpatient orthopedic settings. Steven joined CORA in central Florida in late 2015. He became manual therapy certified in 2017 and received his orthopaedic specialty certification in 2018. Steven has enjoyed teaching as a clinical instructor since 2017 and is excited to pursue further teaching opportunities.

Austin Holley PT, DPT, Cert DN, MFDc

Austin Holley PT, DPT, Cert DN, MFDc grew up in Virginia and earned her DPT from Shenandoah University. She moved to South Carolina after graduation and later joined CORA in 2019. In 2020, Austin became the Clinic Manager of the Lexington clinic. She has a passion for physical therapy and for working with athletes. Austin loves learning and has taken extensive continuing education including dry needling, myofascial decompression, various running and overhead athlete courses, and several of CORA’s internal courses. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and their pup, Knox. She stays active by playing soccer, volleyball, and running.
